无蛋咖啡蒸千層蛋糕 Coffee Layer Cake - No Egg, No Bake Method
材料:
淡奶一罐(evaporated milk)
幼糖70克,金桶牛油250克
白巧 克力70克(隔水煮溶,待凉后)
自发面粉300克
1汤匙咖啡精,2汤匙咖啡粉+1汤匙热水
做法:
~淡奶,幼糖,金桶牛油和白巧 克力隔水煮溶,待凉后
~加入自发面粉拌均匀
~把面糊 分成两份,一份面糊加入(1汤匙咖啡精,2汤匙咖啡粉+1汤匙热水)
~ 取7寸模铺上烤纸,勺入4汤匙面糊,蒸至熟约5分钟
~用同样的方式 把面糊轮流蒸至完为止,取出待凉。
Materials:
1) Evaporated milk (1 Can)
2) Caster sugar 70 grams, 250 grams of butter
3) White chocolate 70 g
4) Self-raising flour 300 g
5) 1 tablespoon coffee extract, 2 tablespoons of ground coffee + 1 tablespoon hot water
Steps:
1) Evaporated milk, caster sugar, butter and white chocolate put into a bowl, melt it in a bowl on above the hot water. Put a side and let it cold.
2) Put into the flour and mix well.
3) Separate the batter. 1/2 batter mix well with the coffee extract, ground coffee and hot water.
4) Take the 7 inch of mold lined with baking paper, pour 4 tablespoons of batter and steam it for about 5 minutes. Put a side let it cold.
5) Repeat the same step, steam alternately until finish all the batter.
6) Decorate it after they are cold completely.
7) You can serve them now.
