Dark Chocolate Cake - No Bake Method
Material A
无盐奶油180克 No Salt Butter 180g
细砂糖150克(我用130g) Fine Sugar 150g
200克淡奶(我用HL巧克力牛奶)Low Fat Milk 200g
1/2小匙香草精 Vanilla Extract 1/2 teaspoon
1大匙朗姆酒 Rum 1 teaspoon
Material B
2 颗蛋(稍微打散) 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
Material C
自发面粉100克 Self-raising flour100 g
可可粉50克50 gcocoa powder
Steps
1)将材料A放入锅里,小火搅拌至糖及奶油溶化,熄火,稍微冷却 Put all the Material A into the pot, still over the low heat until sugar and butter are dissolved. Off the heat and let it cool down.
2) 把材料B倒入做法1)里,混拌均匀Pour all the Material B ( beaten the egg) into the melted sugar & butter in Step 1. And stir the mixture completely.
3)将材料C筛入盆里,再把做法2)倒入,搅拌均匀Sieved the Material C into the mixture.
4) 把面糊倒入铺纸的模型里,再用铝锡纸盖上,以中火蒸约45分钟Pour the batter into the mold covered with the aluminum foil. Then, stem it in the medium heat for about 45 minute.
5) 待蛋糕冷却,才脱模 Stripped it, once the cake is cooled.
